Get Claude ready.

You will need a computer, a paid Claude plan, and the email and calendar you use for work. You can browse the kits on your phone and come back to this setup when you are at your computer.

    Install the Claude desktop app and sign in.

    Download Claude for your computer

    Be on Pro or higher.

    Use a paid Claude plan for the kits. Check your plan in Claude Settings.

    Connect your email and calendar.

    In Claude, open Settings > Connectors. Connect Gmail or Outlook, then Calendar. Use the accounts you use for your business.
